Begins at 8am on Monday and finishes at 7am on the following Monday. You can do unlimited sessions during the subscription period.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel this week's membership, you must email me before 7am on the start date of the membership. Once this week's membership has started, no credit or refunds can be given.
