Thursday morning Pilates
The next term of Pilates classes starts week commencing 7th March and I definitely have 2 spaces available in the Thursday morniing Pilates class at 11:30am in Alveston. The dates for the next term are March 10, 17, 24 & 31, April 7, 14, 21 & 28 and the term costs £48. If you want to be stronger and more supple, plus get some 'me time' then get booked on ASAP! Pilates always sells out so don't dilly dally about it! I love handmade things and am always sewing or crafting something. I love bright coloured fabrics and have made various different bags, kids aprons and crochet hook rolls for a few years. I made myself Pilates bag when we needed to have a our own mats, so last year I decided to make some more for my Etsy shop. They have been well received, and I have managed to source various different bright coloured fabrics, to make fun but practical bags. I have a couple of different sizes, but if you have a mat which is slightly larger, then I am happy to make something to fit.
