Tighten and Tone
You have just a few hours left to book on to the Tighten and Tone 14-day beginners' toning programme before the Early Bird offer ends at 7pm tonight. It is £25 until 7pm tonight and £30 after that so if you're planning to join us, but haven't got round to booking just yet then get onto it quickly! You will still be able to sign up after that, but it will cost you a tad more! In case you're still umming and ahhing about it here are some of the benefits of doing this kind of exercise:
Muscle uses more calories to fuel than fat so the greater proportion of muscle you have, the more calories you burn on a daily basis!
Studies have shown time and time again that exercise helps to boost your mood, reduce stress levels and generally make us feel better! The programme is designed to give you that endorphin and adrenaline boost in just 15 minutes a day. It's set to upbeat music which is also shown to be a massive mood booster so this programme will make you feel better both physically and mentally!
You don't have to go to the gym or even leave the house! Some people love the gym, but if you're like me it won't be your favourite place. Strength training is often though of as something you do at the gym, but there are so many ways to do it from home!
Regular body weight training and strength training helps to increase bone density and reduce your likelihood of developing osteoporosis. It also improves your heart health, improves your posture AND balance.
Strength training improves your posture which will make you feel and move more confidently as well as shapes and defines your whole body. When we feel more confident about our bodies we move differently, we feel better and we behave in different ways.
It is just 15 minutes a day so if you are time-poor and find it difficult to fit exercise into your life then this is the programme for you!

Adore Your Pelvic Floor
This course is now open for booking! The courses will run on Mondays at 11am and Tuesdays at 7:15pm starting on the 22nd and 23rd of November. The live section of the course lasts 4 weeks so you'll be all done in time for Christmas. Spaces are already going fast so be sure to book on ASAP if you don't want to miss out. Over half the Monday morning spots have now gone and over a quarter of the Tuesday 7:15pm spaces have gone too. I don't know if I will run this again, it all depends on interest so if you want to be guaranteed a spot get booked on now!
