I run Zumba, Pilates, Barre, and older adults’ aerobics classes, in and around Thornbury and Alveston, Bristol. I teach a combination of Face-to-Face Live classes in local village halls and Online Live classes (run via Zoom). I also have an On-Demand Studio weekly membership that gives you access to over 300 workouts that you can do whenever it suits you and I offer one-to-one Pilates training from my home studio in Alveston or via Zoom.

I believe that exercise should make a positive contribution to your life. Whatever you want to get out of it, exercise should be something you enjoy, find rewarding, and that you feel better after doing. After all, if you have fun while you’re exercising then you’re far more likely to want to do it, which ultimately means you’re more likely to get the results that you want too!


Group exercise classes were where I first fell in love with fitness and since then I’ve spent more than eighteen years working in the fitness industry. In that time, I’ve worked with people with a diverse range of goals and abilities and I welcome anyone to my classes regardless of their experience or level of fitness. All my sessions have a fun, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere, which means we get to enjoy ourselves at the same time as getting a good workout.

I’m also passionate about the use of Pilates as a therapeutic treatment for conditions such as back pain, arthritis and osteoporosis, and the role it can play in aiding recovery from joint replacement surgery. I have a range of specialist exercise qualifications and I draw on this knowledge in my one-to one Pilates-based training sessions to provide tailored exercise programmes that can improve balance, mobility, strength, and flexibility, and help to alleviate pain. These tailored programmes can make a significant difference not only to people’s bodies and to their health, but to their happiness and their overall quality of life.

In March 2020 all my live classes moved on line and I also started to run a pre-recorded workout membership. I'd never really given online training much thought before, but it is now something I absolutley love! The convenience and flexibility of being able to exercise from home, can be a massive game-changer for some people whether it's because of time and childcare or because they feel more comfortable exercising in the privacy of their own home. Online training enables me to offer many more classes and it has opened up a whole new world of specialist programmes that I can now run to help more people with their fitness and quality of life.
