Class Timetables & Booking

Booking is essential for all classes. If you need to cancel face-to-face pay-as-you-go classes, you must give 24 hours notice or you will still be charged.

If you’d like to join any classes, please complete the 

Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire linked here.

Once you've done that, you can book sessions below.

Once you've booked a session, you'll receive a confirmation email which includes the Zoom link if you've booked an online class and details of how to make payment via BACS or PayPal.
