When participating in Sam Hutchinson Fitness home workouts, it is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that:
there is sufficient space to perform the exercises safely and move freely without obstacles or obstructions. Your space should be free from furniture, equipment, light fittings and other hazards and there must be a minimum of four square metres per person
any equipment is safe and in a suitable condition for the activity being performed
the surrounding floor space is entirely clear. You must remove any hazards that may increase the risk of slips, trips or falls such as cables, pets or children
there are no distractions throughout the duration of the session
there is sufficient heating, lighting, ventilation and hydration and you are wearing appropriate footwear
there is sufficient visibility of your screen whilst you are participating in the workout.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, illnesses or symptoms of Covid19, or any other conditions such as pregnancy which could impact upon your participation in this session you must gain approval from your GP before taking part.
If you are under 14 or have not completed the online pre-participation form, you must not take part in this workout. If your condition has changed since you completed it, you must complete it again and inform your instructor.
