Cancellation Policy
This is a block booking and can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the first session in the block. You can cancel your booking via the ‘My Bookings’ section of your account, or by emailing me. After this time, the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or transfers will be given if you miss a session. However, as part of the course, you do receive a selection of recorded workouts that you can do if you miss a session, or as extra sessions if you're feeling enthusiastic! If I need to cancel a session, you will have the option of either receiving a refund equivalent to the value of that session or rolling that amount over to your next booking. By booking this space, you are accepting these terms.
Service Description
This is a block booking for 8 weeks of Pilates. 8:05pm on Thursday dates - 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th Sept & 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd Oct. You'll receive a confirmation email with BACS details - Payment must be made at time of booking to secure your spot. If the class is full, please contact me either using the contact form or by emailing sam@samhutchinsonfitness.com to be added to the waiting list.
