What equipment do you need to participate?

A set of dumbbells or similar (kettlebells work just as well). If you don't have these then you can substitute with tins of beans or bottles of water or sand instead!

A mat or towel to protect your carpet and to make yourself more comfortable on the floor

A phone, tablet or computer to access the workouts from
How does it work?
Once you sign up you'll get a confirmation email with details of how to make payment. Once payment is recieved you'll recieve an invite to the Facebook Group and a password which will enable you to access the Tighten and Tone Studio. On day 1, click the 'Enter Studio' button above and it will take you to your first workout! Each day a new workout will be added which will be available until the end of the 14-day programme so you can do the workouts as many times as you like during the 14 days!
