Back-Care Pilates course prices & start dates
Places on each course cost £150 for 12 weeks and are limited to 10 places per course to allow for focused supervision.

If you’re interested in one-to-one delivery of the course, then you don’t have to wait until the beginning of the next course to start. One-to-one delivery of the Back Care Pilates course takes place in the comfort of your own home and costs £450 which includes an initial postural and movement assessment.
