Barre Fitness
The next term of Barre Fitness is now open for booking on my website. There is just 1 space left in the Tuesday evening class and the Friday morning session has sold out.
If you want the Tuesday evening class then get in there quickly before it goes!
Recycled Teenagers
We will be starting a brand new routine at Recycled Teenagers next week, so if you've been thinking about giving it a go, now is the perfect time!
Recycled Teenagers is perfect for anyone who likes aerobics and wants to enjoy a lower intensity class in a fun and lively environment. The combination of low-impact dance-style aerobics, with stretching and toning exercises, makes these classes excellent for people who want a workout for their whole body and brain.
Classes run Mondays at 5:45pm and Fridays at 10:10am at Alveston Youth Centre.
New Zumba Song
This week's new Zumba song is 'In Da Party'. Another warm-up exclusive to the On-Demand Studio
