As always, thanks so much for coming to class/subscribing this week!
Last Minute Barre Space
Unfortunately someone has had to drop out of the Tuesday 7:05pm Barre class so I have a rare space! We are part way through the term and have just 2 weeks left. This is the perfect time to join if you'd like to try the class out before signing up to a full term in Sept. If you'd like the spot, either as a one-off, or for the 2 remaining weeks then get in touch and I'll sign you up!
Monday Classes
Remember that all classes are closed on Monday 24th July. Classes are running as normal throughout the rest of the week though. As an alternative to Monday's classes consider: Pilates - Weds 10am on Zoom Zumba - Thursday 6pm at St Helens Primary School Recycled Teenagers - Friday 10:10 at Alveston Youth Centre

Week commencing 7th August - all classes closed Week commencing 14th August - all classes closed Week commencing 21st August - all classes closed Week commencing 28th August - all classes closed Week commencing 4th Sept onwards - all classses running as normal
