As always, thanks so much for coming to class/subscribing this week!

Barre Fitness Spaces

The next 6-week term of Barre Fitness will start the week after next. This is the penultimate term before we have our summer break, so if you want to get started before September, now is the time!

If you want to bag a space in the Tuesday evening group then head straight to the website and get yourself booked on. If you're after a Friday morning spot then do get in touch ASAP as there is still a waiting list for that class so you need to get on the list to be in with a chance of a space! I'm not quite sure if there is space in that class just yet, but should hopefully know soon!

Classes run in Alveston on Tuesdays at 7:05pm and Fridays at 11:10am.

Broadway, Burlesque and Bellinis!

This is going to be the Charity event of the year here at Sam Hutchinson Fitness! On Friday 28th June I will be hosting an evening of dance and fitness and little bit of bubbly! All in aid of raising money for Cancer Research UK!

We are going to do a half-hour Broadway style warm-up, followed by a burlesque class where the wonderful Arabella Sparkles is gonna teach us a FULL burlesque routine (don't worry, you can keep your clothes on, we will be removing a dressing gown, not our leggings and t-shirts!). I did this class a few weeks ago with a couple of friends and it was such an amazing giggle! I know with all you lot it is going to be an absolute blast! After we learn our routine we will relax with some Bellinis (prosecco with peach puree - YUM!), a couple of sweet canapes each and some bite-sized brownies. Meanwhile Arabella will give us a sneaky preview of her latest burlesque routine and then finally we will draw the raffle!

I've not quite got the class up on the website, but I will be sure to do that before next Friday and then you can all get booked on. In the meantime, make sure you block out the evening of the 28th June so you don't miss out on the charity event of the year!
