4th September 2026 Newsletter
Hi all,
As always, thanks so much for coming to class/subscribing this week!
Welcome Back!
Well, August absolutely flew by! After a lovely month off, I’m SO happy to be getting back to classes and seeing you all again. 💕 I hope you’ve had a fantastic summer, enjoyed some sunshine, and managed to recharge your batteries. Whether you’ve been away, busy with the kids, working, or simply enjoying a slower pace, September is the perfect time to get back into a routine, move your body and have some fun! I’m feeling refreshed, energised and ready to get back to it — let’s make it a great one! 💪💃🧘♀️
Join me for FREE Line Dancing TOMORROW
I’ll be at the Alveston Village Fair on Saturday 5th September, teaching a FREE 30-minute Line Dancing session at 2pm! 🎉 It's on the fields behind the Youth Centre that many of you attend classes at.
Come along and join in — no previous experience needed! I’ll be teaching some easy-to-learn, fun dances that everyone can have a go at, so bring the whole family and give it a try. And yes… cowboy hats are absolutely encouraged (but not compulsory!) 🤠😂
If you’re planning to come along, send me a quick message so I know to look out for you! I’d love to see you there! 💕
Pilates Space Thursday 8:05pm
A last-minute drop-out means I now have ONE space available in my Tuesday 8:05pm Pilates class in Alveston! The 8-week term started last night, but you can still join us for the remaining 7 weeks for just £49. A lovely friendly class, suitable for all abilities — so if you’ve been thinking about joining, this is your chance! The space is available to book via my website, or you can message/email me.
💕 First come, first served!
Yoga in Alveston Starts Next Week!
If you’re looking to add a little more movement, relaxation and 'you time' into your week, my lovely friend Lauren is starting her new Yoga classes next week! 🌿 Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already enjoy a regular practice, her classes are a lovely opportunity to slow down, stretch, move and take some time for yourself.
I’m always a big fan of anything that gets us moving while also helping us switch off and unwind, so I’m really happy to be able to share her new classes with you. 💕 If yoga has been something you’ve been meaning to try, next week is the perfect time to start!
Armstrong Hall Latin Night
The Armstrong Hall have asked me to share info about their next Latin Night. I went to the last one and it was a really fun night!
It's Saturday 26th Sept and is just £10!
Yoga, Prosecco & a good cause!
One of my Line Dancing participants, Elise, is hosting a lovely outdoor Yoga class followed by Prosecco, strawberries and cream, all in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. 💚
The event takes place on Sunday 27th September, 2–4pm in Stone, and tickets are £25. Places are limited, so if this sounds like your kind of afternoon, don’t leave it too late!
If any of you remember my Pilates & Prosecco event we did a few years ago for Cancer Research, this sounds like it will be very similar — a bit of exercise, plenty of laughs, something delicious to enjoy afterwards, and all while raising money for a great cause. ❤️
If you’d like to go, just get in touch with me and I’ll put you in touch with Elise to book your place!
On-Demand Studio Membership
Next week's new video in the On-Demand Studio is: Low Impact Aerobics 65
