Barre Fitness spaces
Come along and release your inner swan at Barre Fitness on Tuesdays at 7:05pm or Fridays mornings at 11am! A brand-new term and routine starts very soon so it’s the perfect time to try this class if you’ve never done Barre Fitness before! This is the final term before I take my summer break in August so get in now or you'll have to wait until September! Booking is essential as there are only a few spaces left for the next term! 6 week term for £39, starting week commencing 26th June! Pilates spaces
Do you want to feel more energised on a daily basis Pilates can make you feel fitter and stronger in just a few weeks and when we feel fitter and stronger we have more energy as we go about our daily lives! The next term starts at the end of June and booking for new people is now open, so get in touch if you’d like to join us or go on the waiting list and be the first to hear about any spaces that open up! Again, This is the final term before I take my summer break in August so get in now or you'll have to wait until September! The next term is 6 weeks long and costs £39. Classes run in Alveston at the following times: Tuesday 11:15am - Fully Booked Tuesdays 6:00pm - Fully Booked Thursdays 11:30am - 3 spaces available Thursdays 7:05pm - Contact me for spaces Thursdays 8:05pm - Fully Booked Fridays 9:05am - Fully Booked Booking is now open so go ahead and book yourself in, or send me a message if you have any questions!
