Rare Pilates Spaces
Pretty much all Pilates classes are now fully booked until January, but due to some last minute injuries and house moves, I have a few spaces in the Thursday 8:05pm Pilates class in Alveston. The term starts next week (Nov 2nd) and will run for 7 weeks as there are no classes the week before Christmas. It costs £45.50 which works out as £6.50 per class AND you get a selection of recorded workouts to do as additional sessions at home (if you're feeling keen) or to do if you have to miss a face-to-face session for any reason. Halloween!
Next week we will be doing our annual Halloween songs in all Zumba classes and also in the Recycled Teenagers classes if you fancy it! Bring your spooky outfits and scariest faces to get jiggy with some halloween classics!
Cancer Research event
Thanks to everyone who supported the Cancer Research Autumn fair last week. I'm not sure of the grand total, but I'm pretty sure they took £2000 on the day so it was definitely a great success. If you missed out, don't worry, there is ANOTHER chance to support Cancer Research with a Quiz and Fish 'n' ship supper on Saturday 25th Nov at Manorbrook School! New Zumba Song
I've had lots of enquiries about Zumba lately, so I thought for a few weeks at least, I would start to include some examples of what we do in class in the weekly newsletter. This week's new Zumba song was 'Punshakala'. This is about as sweaty as my Zumba gets, so don't be thinking the whole class is like this! This is a hardcore one!
