Barre booking opens soon!
I can't believe I'm saying this, but the final barre term of the year will be opening for booking soon! Bookings will be open from 4th October for the Tuesday class and from 7th October for the Friday class. It's a 9-week term this time, which takes us up to Christmas!!! The cost if £58.50 for the 9 weeks. If you'd like to get first dibs on joining then let me know and I can add you to the waiting list so you get a chance to book before the class goes live on the website! As it's the Christmas term (again, I can't believe I'm saying that!), there will be some extra special sessions towards the end of the year, so be sure you don't miss out!

Sound Bath
I thought this might interest some of you, I'm certainly gonna go a give it a try. Note, I don't know anything about this event, or who's running it or anything like that, it's just something I fancied trying and thought some of you might too! 'This group sound meditation shall honour the sacred time of balance in the year, as we step into Autumn. This is a great time for self-reflection and gratitude. This session shall focus on nourishing ourselves, gifting a true moment of rest and re-calibration, also honouring our balance within. Enjoying the sounds of crystal singing bowls, metal Himalayan singing bowls, the Gong, Chimes, and the Handpan amongst other sonic treats, you are free to drift away to wherever the sound may take you.'
