Pilates classes
All Pilates classes are now fully booked until January. As always, for the next term the current members will get priority booking and then I go to the waiting lists to fill any remaining spots. If you want to go on the waiting lists for the January term, get in ASAP because spaces will go fast! Just message me with what class you'd like to be on the waiting list for All classes are run in Alveston and are at the following times: Tuesdays 11:15am Tuesdays 6pm Thursdays 11:30am Thursdays 7:05pm Thursdays 8:05pm Fridays 9:05am
Halloween!
I hope you all enjoyed the special Halloween songs in Zumba and Recycled Teenagers! Every single year I always forget just how much fun they are! I absolutely love all the scary faces and silly dance moves, so thanks for all being so game for a laugh!
New Zumba Song
No new Zumba song this week because of the Halloween songs, so here's a taster of one of our more recent songs! You can take a sneak peak preview of it here!
Cancer Research event
There is ANOTHER chance to support Cancer Research with a Quiz and Fish 'n' ship supper on Saturday 25th Nov at Manorbrook School! For tickets call Gill on 07866 580608.
