As always, thanks so much for coming to class/subscribing this week!
Barre Fitness booking open
Booking for the next term of Barre Fitness is now open! The Tuesday 7:05pm class is now fully booked until the end of the year (!), so contact me if you'd like to be added to the waiting list in case anyone has to drop out. There are still a few spaces left in the Friday 11:10am class. The class is held at Alveston Youth Centre in Alveston and the dates for next term are: 20th, 27th Oct, 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th Nov & 1st, 8th, 15th Dec. It's £58.50 and, as this term takes us up the Christmas (am I allowed to say that word yet!), we will be doing some special Christmas classes towards the end of the term! As always, people who have booked for this block will get priority booking for the next term (which is always the busiest of the year coz it's January!). You will also receive access to a selection of pre-recorded videos to use whenever you want, or when you miss a class. Cancer Research UK 2023 Autumn Fair
Cancer Research UK will be holding their annual autumn fair on Saturday 21st Oct at St Helen's Primary School in Alveston. There will be sales of craft, jams, marmalades, chutneys, cakes, savouries, quiz sheets, Xmas cards, diaries, calendars, Xmas gifts, plants, socks, second hand books, raffle, and coffee/teach and cakes.
