Last minute Barre and Pilates Spaces
Almost all the spots I mentioned last week have now gone, there are just a few spaces in a couple of classes left. As the terms have already started you can either join for the remainder of the term, and I've also opened Pay-As-You-Go booking for these spots too. Spots go on a first come first served basis, with block booking taking priority over PAYG. If you'd like to book for the remainder of a term get in touch as you can't book them online once the term has started. If you'd like a PAYG spot then you should be able to book online if there is a space available. Pilates: Tuesdays at 11:15am - 2 spaces available (£32.50 for the remaining 5 weeks of term or £8.50 PAYG) Barre Fitness: Tuesdays at 7:05pm - 1 spot available (£19.50 for the remaining 3 weeks of term or £8.50 PAYG)
Great Ormond Street Hospital Fundraiser
One of the ladies in my Pilates classes is taking on an amazing challenge in February. She's going to be doing 1400 squats throughout February - that's 50 squats EVERY SINGLE DAY! Around 600 seriously ill children arrive at GOSH from across the UK every day and all the funds you raise will make a huge difference to the children and families at GOSH. This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support, and every day is a chance for you to make a difference.
