I am now coming to the end of my Pelvic Floor training and will be launching this course either VERY soon, or in January! I'm not sure how quickly I will be ready to launch but I wanted to let you know that it WILL be coming soon! Adore Your Pelvic Floor is a 4-week programme designed to raise awareness, manage/restore pelvic health and prevent future issues, whether you attend a gym or not. The 4-week live course is followed by a 12-week pre-recorded functional fitness programme that is designed to help you to learn how to implement the techniques and methods you've learnt during the first 4 weeks of live lessons in everyday movements and habits. You will learn how to recruit your pelvic floor muscles correctly, learn to stabilise and improve the causes of stress and urge incontinence, learn techniques to help with bowel issues and ensure you maintain a healthy bowel in the future and learn about the management of prolapse if that is an issue for you. This is such an important area of health and yet is so often brushed under the carpet and ignored because we are embarrassed to talk about it. Those of you who have recently attended my Pilates classes will know I am getting a lot less embarrassed about talking about these issues and I really hope to be able to help those of you who are suffering with poor pelvic floor health through this course. The programme follows NHS guidelines for helping people with pelvic floor issues and is endorsed by womens' and mens' pelvic health physiotherapists. Like I said, I am only just coming to the end of my training and I need to work out pricing etc, but it will cost around £100-£120 for the full 16-week programme which also comes with a supportive (private!) Facebook Group, the Adore your Pelvic Floor Manual and a referral to a women's health physiotherapist if required. The live sessions will be held via Zoom and will be recorded so if you miss them you can catch up, or if you want to rewatch a certain section or topic of the course it will be there for you to revisit. Note, I will just be recording me, not the other people in the class! If you are interested in this course and want first dibs on a spot once I figure out when I'm going to be ready to launch it please send me a message and I can add you to the waiting list! I'm thinking the live sessions will either be at 11am on Monday or 7pm on Tuesday, so if you have a preference please do let me know. I'm very excited about this new journey and if the statistics are anything to go by, I hope to be able to help lots of you out with an issue we maybe don't talk about enough!

Next week will be Halloweeeeeeen (read that in a spooky voice please) in all Zumba and Recycled Teenagers classes so feel free to dress up accordingly if you fancy! As well as our normal songs and stuff we will be doing some super fun and frightening Halloween related songs and I shall be revising my recent role as a bottle of hand sanitiser so you shan't be alone if you do decide to don some fancy dress!!


Full classes and booking

Due to high numbers of people trying to get into some classes I will now have to enforce a 24 hour cancellations policy. If you book a class and don't give me 24 hours notice that you can't attend then I'm afraid I still have to charge you. This is across all face-to-face pay-as-you-go classes and spaces. If you need to cancel a class then please email/text/Facebook/Instagram me so I can hopefully offer the space to someone else. Likewise, if you try to book a class and it is full then please do message me as I may be able to squeeze you in if there is a cancellation closer to the time.


Next week's Facebook LIVES

Next weeks live sessions will be Arms and Abs! You will need something to use as weights like dumbbells or bottles of water. Sessions will be 9am on Monday, Thursday and Friday next week. Join me LIVE or catch up on the replay whenever it is convenient for you!
