Halloween Line Dancing
🕺🎃 It’s time to get your spooky groove on! Halloween Line Dancing is just around the corner at St Helen’s Primary School, Alveston, and it’s going to be a night full of fun, laughter, and frightfully good moves! 👻 Join me on Wednesday 22nd October at 7:00pm or Friday 24th October at 6:00pm or 7:35pm — all sessions are just £15. Whether you’re a regular dancer or brand new, everyone’s welcome to join the fun. Costumes are optional but highly encouraged — the more creative, the better! Don’t wait too long to book — spaces are disappearing faster than a ghost at midnight! 💀🎶
Cancer Research Autumn Fair
Thornbury's Cancer Research Committee are holding their Autumn fair this Saturday 11th October 10am-12pm at St Helen's School, Alveston, BS35 2QX.
They'll be gifts, Christmas crafts, tombola, tea and cake, home produce (pies, cakes, tarts), cards, honey, jam and pickles, books, puzzles and more!
It's free to get in and all proceeds go to Cancer Research!
I'll be helping set up and tidy up so I might even see you there!
🎄Ladies Christmas Party
This isn't my event (although I will be there with some friends!), but I've been asked to promote it to try and get more people involved! If it's up your street then get come friends together and come along and I'll see you there!

A night of dancing, laughter music and fun with a live band.
What started with two mums navigating the ups and downs of motherhood as we came out of Covid, trying to build friendships and have some fun it has now grown into something truly special — a community, a village, a circle of support and friendship.
In those early days, we found strength in each other, laughter in shared stories, and comfort in knowing we weren’t alone.
Now, we want to open our arms wider and welcome even more wonderful women to join us.
✨ This is a not-for-profit event, created with heart and community spirit in mind to join with friends and meet new ones.
Whether you're a mum, a neighbour, a friend, or simply someone looking to connect — this evening is for you.
Come celebrate the season with warmth, joy, and togetherness. Let’s make memories and continue building the village that lifts us all.
Get the girls together, the more groups the more cross over of people you will know.
You can dress up or you can wear your pjs we really don’t care .. just bring a smile 😊
