Pilates and Barre Fitness Pay-As-You-Go spaces

There are a couple of very rare Pilates and Barre P-A-Y-G spaces this term.

There are a couple of Pilates spaces in the Thursday 11:30am class in Alveston and a couple of Barre spaces in the Tuesday 7:05pm class in Alveston.

Booking is open on the website and it's a great chance to try out these classes if you don't feel confident enough to sign up to the entire term.

Moulin Rouge/Accidental Theatre Group

I seem to have accidentally created what I'm calling an Accidental Theatre Group (ATG - get it!?). This year I organised a trip to see Edward Scissorhands the ballet with my Barre Fitness classes. Over 20 of us went and it was an amazing night out! Following on from the success of that event we have now organised a Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake trip for next year too. There are over 30 of us going to that one!

It seems I have accidentally created my own (not so) little theatre group! The next trip we are planning is to see Moulin Rouge The Musical next year - it's open at the Hippodrome from June next year and I've started a preliminary list of people who are interested. Once booking opens (Oct 3rd) I'll take a look at prices and get everyone's availability and then hopefully book a block of seats like I have done for the last 2 shows. If you would like to be included in this (or future ATG events) then just drop me a quick email asking to be added to either the Moulin Rouge list or the ATG list so you'll get invited to future events. If you love the theatre, but don't always have someone enthusiastic to go with (Paul is always happy to tolerate a theatre trip with me, but it's so much more fun going with other people who are passionate about it!) then this is a great chance to find a bunch of like-minded people to visit the theatre with! It's also a great chance to hang out with your fitness buddies without having to do any actual exercise!

Burlesque and Belly Dancing

There are a few of us booked onto these workshops which are coming up soon. I'm going to the burlesque one with a few ladies and I know a couple of my Pilates ladies are going to the belly dancing one. Do get booked on here if you want to go! https://arabelladances.com/
