Barre Fitness

The next term of Barre Fitness starts next week and both classes are fully booked. If you want to join us for the first term of 2026, get in touch so you are on the waiting lists to ensure you have the best chance of grabbing a spot!

Christmas Line Dancing

I’m so excited for this year’s Christmas Line Dancing classes, and spaces are already disappearing fast! 🎄🤠 If you’d like to join me on Friday 28th November, the 6pm class has just 6 spaces left, while the 7:35pm session still has plenty available — perfect if you prefer a smaller, more relaxed group to dance with. The Wednesday 10th December 6pm class is down to its final 4 spaces, so don’t wait if that’s the one you want! Each class is 85 minutes of festive, beginner-friendly fun set to country versions of your favourite Christmas songs, all at St Helen’s Primary School, Alveston for £15 per class. I’d love to see you there for some sparkly, seasonal boot-scootin’! 🎅💃

Santa Zumba

We’re officially less than one month away from the Zumba Gold Santa Fundraiser, and the festive buzz is starting to build! On Sunday 7th December, 2–4pm at The Greenway Centre in Southmead, we’ll be filling the room with Christmas cheer, Santa hats, and joyful Zumba Gold routines. Add in tea, cake, and a charity raffle, and it’s the perfect way to kick off the holiday season. If you haven’t secured your spot yet, now’s the time—let’s make this a sparkling start to December!
