Cancer Research Fitness Treasure Trail
Please do get on and book for this exciting event if you're coming. We need to get an idea of numbers so we know how many prizes and treasure maps we need so please do book ASAP if you're coming! https://www.samhutchinsonfitness.com/treasure-trail You don't need to know Alveston well at all to take part! The map will give you a good idea of where the clues are and the answers are all visible around Alveston, so you don't need to have any local knowledge about history or anything like that! You can book in the usual place, but please DON'T transfer any payments for this event to me. Payment will be taken as cash or card on the day! If you can't come, but you want to donate either bring cash to class or message me and I'll send you a different account you can send donations to! Between now and the day of the event I will have a Cancer Research bucket in all my classes so if you bring some spare cash with you, you can just 'Chuck it in the bucket!' Get booked on to secure your spot at this super fun day!
Post-natal Pilates classes
If anyone is interested in Post-natal Pilates, there are currently spaces available on the 6pm course which started this Tuesday 14th March. 7 week course or drop in sessions available. The classes are held at Mathern village hall and are taught by the lovely Jocelyn. Contact her on 07793 539 669 or Jocelyn.hopkins@nhs.net for more info or to grab a space.

Barre Fitness
Booking for the next term of Barre Fitness will open really soon. If you want to get on the waiting lists to be the first to be offered any spaces that come up, do get in touch!
Pilates space on Tuesday evening
Due to unfortunate circumstances, one lady has had to drop out of my Tuesday evening Pilates class. The class is held at 6pm in Alveston and we now have 6 weeks left of this 8 week term. If you'd like to take over the space please get in touch ASAP.
