Christmas Line Dancing!!!

It's just a week now until our first Christmas Line Dancing classes of 2025!

Friday's (28th Nov) 6pm class is down to the very last tickets and the 7:35pm class is looking to be a decent size for people who want a smaller group (easier to see what my feet are doing and maybe a little less scary for people who are trying it for the first time!). Weds 10th Dec 6pm class has just ONE space left so get booked onto that one ASAP if you're planning to come along!

Zumba Santa Event Sold Out!

This year’s Zumba Gold Santa Fundraiser is shaping up to be a truly special charity event, and I'm delighted to tell you that it has now SOLD OUT!

If you missed out, don't worry, there is still a chance to support the charities we are raising money for. We'll be taking orders for raffle tickets (£2) before the event and, with the top raffle prize being worth £500 alone - it's a weekend away to the Isle of Wight in a Self Catering apartment in Shanklin, including the cost of the ferry and a £75 Restaurant Voucher - it's definitely worth getting in on this one!

If you'd like to buy raffle tickets then PLEASE BRING CASH to class - DO NOT SEND ANY CHARITY MONEY TO MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT PLEASE!!! Money collected by me will be donated to the Cotswold Dogs and Cats Home.

New Zumba Song

This week's new Zumba song is Revuelvelo. This is the last non-festive new song we will be doing this year!

Some Sad News

Finally, I am very sad to have to pass on the news that Graham Cribb passed away after a very short illness a few days ago. I imagine most of you don't know who Graham is, but he was the Treasurer of the Alveston Youth Centre, so many of you have benefited from his hard work in this role as a volunteer over the years.

I have this message from his wife and children:

We warmly invite you to join us as we remember and celebrate the life of Graham Cribb. A funeral service will be held in his honour on Tuesday, 2nd December at the Memorial Woodlands in Earthcot, BS35 3TA.

The service will take place at 2:15pm in the Woodlands Chapel. The Venue has asked for no arrivals before 1:45pm. A reception will follow in the reception rooms at the Memorial Woodlands until 5pm.

Please know that there is absolutely no pressure to attend. However, it would be wonderful to see those who wish to pay their respects and share memories of Graham. Your presence, should you choose to join us, will be warmly welcomed.

In lieu of flowers, we kindly request that donations be made to Southmead Hospital Charity. Graham received such wonderful care by everyone at Southmead Hospital. Your support for this cause, should you wish, would be greatly appreciated and is a meaningful way to honour Graham's memory.

It would be great to hear if you plan to attend but also feel free to decide nearer the time and just come along.
