Hi all,

As always, thanks so much for coming to class/subscribing this week!

Santa Zumba is THIS Sunday!!!!

I hope that those of you who wanted to come have managed to get tickets because it is now SOLD OUT!!!

If you still want to donate to my charity which is Cotswold Dogs and Cats Home then just chuck me some cash at class and I'll pass it on!

Those of you who are coming, please do let me know if you want a lift/can offer a lift so we can get there in as few cars as possible!

Christmas Line Dancing

Another event that has SOLD OUT, is next Wednesday's Christmas Line Dancing! Last Friday's classes went really well and next Wednesday 6pm-7:35pm we will be doing it all again! If you want to grab a spot then get in touch as it's fully booked, but we often have a few cancellations last minute so I've got a waiting list!

Pilates and Barre in January

Renewals have gone out for all Pilates and Barre classes for the first term of 2026. Get in touch if you want to be added to the waiting lists to get first dibs on any spaces that open up.

Pilates:

All classes are run in Alveston and are at the following times:

Tuesdays 11:15am

Tuesdays 6pm

Thursdays 11:30am

Thursdays 7:05pm

Thursdays 8:05pm

Fridays 9:05am

Barre:

All classes are run in Alveston and are at the following times:

Tuesdays 7:05pm

Fridays 11:10am

Christmas Holidays

All classes will be closed between 20th December and 4th January. You can always sign up to the On-Demand Studio though if you want some at-home workouts to get you through the festive season.

Christmas Routines

Next week we will be well into the swing of Christmas with festive themed routines in all classes, so be sure to come along to class to enjoy the festive silliness!
