Barre Fitness

The final term of the year of Barre Fitness starts the week after next and as always, spaces are selling fast. It looks like I might have just 1 spot available in the Tuesday 6pm class and I'm not sure about the Friday 11:10am class just yet, so get in touch ASAP if you want to join us. This is the final term of the year so we will be doing things slightly differently than normal with a few novelty classes in the run up to Christmas!

If you want to join us then get in touch to be the first to hear about spaces before they hit the website!

Christmas Line Dancing

Christmas Line Dancing classes are back after last year’s amazing turnout! 🎄🤠 If you’re looking for something fun and festive this season, come join me for 85 minutes of simple, beginner-friendly choreography set to country versions of your favourite Christmas songs. It’s the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit, have a laugh, and enjoy a feel-good festive workout. Classes are at St Helen’s Primary School, Alveston and are £15 per class. Spaces are limited and went quickly last year, so I’d love for you to grab a spot early if you’d like to join me!

Santa Zumba Gold Fundraiser

Can you believe we’re now just one month away from our Zumba Gold Santa Fundraiser? The countdown is officially on! Join us on Sunday 7th December, 2–4pm at The Greenway Centre in Southmead for an afternoon of festive, low-impact Zumba, led by ten wonderful instructors (myself included in that, let's keep our fingers crossed that I remember my choreography!). With Santa hats, tea, cake, and a charity raffle, it’s shaping up to be a fun, feel-good event for all abilities. If you haven’t grabbed your ticket yet, now’s the perfect time!
