Welcome Back
It's been so lovely to get back into class with everyone this week. I have to say though, I'm not impressed with the weather's decision to suddenly heat up on my first week back after 4 weeks off! I actually quite liked the weather during my time off as, since getting Patch, I don't like it much above 20 degrees as it's so unpleasant for him and it's hard to walk him! However, I also don't appreciate doing Barre or Zumba in 27/28 degree heat so I would have much rather had this hot weather whilst I was able to just lounge around in it! Never mind, mustn't grumble (although I am British so I reserve the right to complain about the weather whatever it does!)!

Pilates and Barre
All Pilates classes are now fully booked until November. There are still a few spaces left in Barre Fitness on Tuesdays at 7:05pm and Fridays at 11:10am. I've opened Pay-As-You-Go, so if you just want to try it out then get booked on. If you want to sign up for the remainder of the term (5 weeks) then get in touch as you won't be able to book that on the website.
