Happy First Week Back
As lovely as Christmas and having a break is, it was so lovely to get back into a routine and get back to normal. It was so fabulous to see so many people grabbing 2023 by the horns and getting straight back into fitness with almost all classes sold out this week! I do hope I've eased you in gently and that you all feel/felt OK the day after your first class back!
