Absolute Beginners Club!

My Absolute Beginners Club is relaunching THIS MONDAY and this time round it is bigger and better than ever! You have just 2 days left to sign up to this online programme that helped so many people get back into fitness last year!What is included? 10 online on-demand workouts that are all 15-20 minutes long Supportive Facebook Group (non-essential so don't worry if you're not on Facebook!) Discounts on On-Demand Studio Membership What equipment do you need to participate? A set of dumbbells or similar (kettlebells work just as well) is required for 1 of the workouts. Other than that, all the workouts are equipment free. If you don't have dumbbells or similar then you can substitute with tins of beans or bottles of water or sand instead! A mat or towel to protect your carpet and to make yourself more comfortable on the floor. A phone, tablet or computer to access the workouts from How does it work? Once you sign up you'll get a confirmation email with details of how to make payment. Once payment is received you'll receive an invite to the Facebook Group and a password which will enable you to access the Absolute Beginners Club Studio. On day 1, click the 'Enter Studio' button above and it will take you to the workouts! All the workouts will be available until the end of the 14-day programme so you can do the workouts as many times as you like during the 14 days! Workouts Included in the Programme 1) Barre HIIT (16 mins) 2) Beginner's Latin Aerobics (16 mins) 3) LIIT Abs (16 mins) - LIIT stands for Low Intensity Interval Training 4) Beginner's Low Impact Aerobics (18 mins) 5) Lower Body Workout (17 mins) 6) Mobility Routine (16 mins) 7) Beginner's Pilates (17 mins) 8) Zumba (17 mins) 9) Full Body Workout (17 mins) 10) Stretch Session (19 mins) My KEY belief in fitness is that it should be enjoyable because if you don't enjoy it you ain't gonna do it and I believe fitness should be something you look forward to, not something you have to force yourself to do. Sometimes it can take a little time to figure out what it is that you enjoy and hopefully this 14-day course will help you to discover what kind of fitness is perfect for you!
