Happy Halloween!
Why do Mummies avoid Yoga classes? Because they're scared to unwind! How did the vampire 100m race end? Neck and neck! Which monster instructor never loses track of your reps? Count Dracula! What music do Mummies like to work out to? Wrap music!
I hope all you Zumba ladies and Recycled Teenagers enjoyed the Halloween songs this week! If we didn't do them in your class this week then you'll be getting them next week so don't fear...or maybe do!
