💐1) Pace yourself - be sensible and realistic about increasing your physical activity. This way you are much more likely to succeed!

 

🌻2) Master the simple movements first. Over complicated workouts can leave you feeling more mentally challenged than physically challenged and will slow down your results. Save the complicated stuff for when you've mastered the simple movements!

 

🌷3) Stop comparing yourself to others! Your journey is nobody else's business and their workout is none of yours. Comparing yourself to people who've been doing regular exercise for much longer than you can be demotivating! Focus on your wins and you will enjoy your journey so much more!

 

😨Don't worry about the next step, just take the first one. In my experience (especially over the last year!!), there's not too much point planning that far ahead with lots of things. Not just because things change, but because YOU change along your journey. So, start today and just take that first step towards that thing you've been thinking about doing!
