🌟These tips will help you get your fitness journey off on the right foot!
😍Find something you enjoy - Fitness should bring joy and happiness to your life. Please don't beat yourself into running if you hate running! If you hate the gym, don't go to the gym. Try out different forms of exercise until you find something you look forwards to rather than have to make yourself do!
❓Know your 'Why'. There are always going to be days when it's a struggle to drag yourself off the sofa and into your exercise class or whatever. On those days it's really helpful to have a strong 'WHY' in your mind. Why are you doing this? Why do you want to be fitter? Why do you want to be healthier? When you have that clear sense of 'Why' in your head it's much easier to motivate yourself on those down days!
🥅Set realistic goals. Don't try to run too far, too fast - literally! You need your fitness to work for you and to fit into your lifestyle. Set goals that you CAN achieve. The sense of accomplishment from achieving these goals will give you great motivation to continue and to even up your activity further!
