Pay-As-You-Go Pilates

There are still just a few PAYG spaces left in the Tuesday 6pm and Thursday 8pm Pilates classes. PAYG spaces are £9 a class and booking is open on the website!

This is a great chance to try out Pilates if you're not sure/not able to book upfront for the whole term.

Halloween!

I hope you all had a lovely Halloween and thanks to everyone who chose to spend the spookiest night of the year with me! Zumba really was amazing! Sometimes I think I'm bored of our Halloween classics, but then when I see you all doing them, it turns out I'm really not! Was great fun to do some new ones too though - who knew you could do Zumba to heavy metal!?! Thanks to everyone who dressed up and really got into the spirit (👻get it!) of things - you all looked amazing!
