As always, thanks so much for coming to class/subscribing this week!
Tuesday 6pm Pilates space
Due to an injury someone has had to pull out of the Tuesday 6pm class. We are half way through this term, so there are 4 weeks left. If you'd like to join this class then get in touch. You can join as either a block-booking member in which case the costs is £26, or if you'd like to try it as a pay-as-you-go member then it's £6.50 per class. These sessions aren't bookable on the website yet, so get in touch if you'd like to try it out!
Hats for Headway Success!
Pat has aksed me to pass the following message onto all members of the Friday Recycled Teenagers class: 'Thank you for your incredibly generous donations to Headway, as well as the glory of your beautiful hats! The final total, which has been passed to Headway with my own donation, was even better than the £57 Sam told you last week: you raised £74! Thank you so much!' Pat
Zumba changes
The start time of Monday night's Zumba has now changed and the class will now start at 7:05pm, not 7:20pm. There's no class next week due to the bank holiday.
Cancer Research Treasure Trail
I just want to say another massive thankyou to everyone who supported my most recent Cancer Research event. It was, of course, a massive success and Cancer Research have sent us this 'Thankyou' certificate!
Bank Holiday
Remember there are no classes this Monday due to the Bank Holidays. If you're going to miss your regular class consider one of the following options to replace it: Gentle Pilates - come to Weds morning Zoom Pilates at 10am Recycled Teenagers - come to Friday morning RT at 10:05am in Alveston (same hall as Monday night class) Zumba - come to Thursday evening Zumba at 6pm at St Helen's school in Alveston. Booking essential as always!
