Pilates and Barre Pay-As-You-Go Spaces
I have Pay-As-You-Go spaces available in the following Pilates and Barre classes:
Tuesday 11:15am Pilates
Firday 11:10am Barre
Both classes are in Alveston and booking is open on my website.
Rocky Horror Show
Hope you're all enjoying this steaming hot weather! Speaking of steamy....
The Rocky Horror Show is coming to Bristol Hippodrome July 2026 - NOTE next year, not this year!
Gauging interest for this as an Accidental Theatre Group trip.
It would be July 17th (Friday) 5:30 or 8:30 or July 18th (Saturday) 5:30 or 8:30. So 4 shows to choose from. There are other dates, but these are the only ones I can do. If you're up for it then get back to me with preferences (maybe number 1-4 in terms of preference) and I'll get a group together if there are enough of us.
Our usual seats (Grand Circle Row G) will be £55. Note - I won't be booking separate seats for people that don't want to sit in the main group this time.
Charity Hedgehog Open Day
One of my lovely participants volunteers in a hedgehog rescue centre and they're holding an open day on July 5th in Yate.
Here's the itineray for the day:
10.45 Yvonne to welcome everyone and thank them
10.50-11.30 Ray Barnett to speak about Moths and other insects
11.35 -12.15 Sally Pattison, Bio-diversity officer for S. Glos to speak about beneficial plants and flowers to increase pollinators
12.20-1.00 Stewart Rowden from Bristol Bat Rescue. UK bat conservation (with bats)
1-1.30 Break for lunch
1.30-2.15 Alyssa Oram-Medicinal plants
2.20-3.00 Yvonne Cox-Hedgehogs and the environment
3.00-3.05 thank everyone for coming and supporting the day.

Summer Holidays
This year classes will close on 2nd August and reopen on 1st Sept.
